Hotel Chocolat Tasting Club started 10 years ago to showcase the true creative talent of real chocolatiers. Their obsession with great ingredients has even led them to buy their own cocoa estate so that they can influence the early development of flavours as they grow the cocoa.
Hotel Chocolat Tasting Club are the first British company to be a cocoa grower and a chocolatier in a very long time, challenging the best of European chocolatiers.
How does it work?
Every month there's a new selection of chocolate discoveries for you to taste. You can choose to receive them regularly or just when you specify. The selection includes notes on how the chocolates were made, and you're invited to score the chocolate you taste (not obligatory), either online or by using the enclosed scorecard. Hotel Chocolat Tasting Club publish the results!
