1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only, excluding Scotland ({England, , Northern Ireland & Wales}) aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of Thatchers Cider Ltd or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
2. Purchase any of the following products:  Thatchers 4x440ml Thatchers Gold, Thatchers 4x440ml Thatchers Haze,  4x440ml Thatchers Cloudy Lemon or Thatchers 4x440ml Thatchers Rosé and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw: Great British Holiday of up to the value of £2,000 including hotel/accommodation, travel, things to do and spending money {prize draw title/detail here}. The promotion opens on 07/07/2021 and closes at 23:59 on 27/07/2021} for receipt of all entries. All online orders must be delivered by 23:59 on 27/07/21} to qualify. 
3. No purchase necessary in NI only; NI shoppers may also enter the prize draw by calling the Call Centre on 0344 811 0811, quoting your Nectar card number and the code: Thatchers:July2021.One NI no purchase necessary entry per NI resident. 
4. Entries are restricted to one per transaction for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
5. There is 1 prize of a Great British Holiday to the value of £2,000 towards a British Holiday including hotel/accommodation, travel, things to do and spending money to win. Timings are subject to availability.  The Promoter will make payment directly to the accommodation. The sum of money left over from the total sum on £2,000 after the Promoter has directly paid to the accommodation shall be sent to the winner.  Redemption of prizes is subject to Government guidelines and lockdown measures. If Government guidelines restrict redemption of the prizes in their current form, Promoter will work with the winners to discuss moving the prize to a later date or issuing an alternative prize. Promoter will have the discretion as to which option is available at all times.
6. The winners will be drawn at random during week commencing 09/08/2021  under independent supervision.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.
9. Winners will be notified by telephone therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied a valid contact number to Nectar. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by telephone.
10. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
11. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose.  Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with this privacy policy, available at www.promoveritas.com/privacy-policy  
12. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for: 
    1. Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
    3. For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
13. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value. 
14. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter.

If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
