4. Entries are restricted to one per transaction for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
5. There are five prizes from Secret Escapes to win. The prizes available will consist of 5 x Secret Escapes credits, each worth £1,000. The credit may be used on all available sales on www.secretescapes.com, save for sales where a customer does not make a booking or payment on the Secret Escapes site. The credit will be valid for 1 year from the date on which the credit is uploaded to the user’s Secret Escapes account.  The Promoter shall provide the winners’ details to Secret Escapes for the purposes of administering the prizes and Secret Escapes shall upload the credit to the winners’ respective Secret Escapes accounts. Where a winner does not already have a Secret Escapes Account, they may be contacted by Secret Escapes to create one in order to receive the prize. The prize draw is open to both existing and new members of Secret Escapes and the prize is conditional on the winner having a Secret Escapes account. 6. The winners will be drawn at random during week commencing 4th April 2023 under independent supervision.
7. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.
9. Winners will be notified by telephone therefore entrants will need to have supplied valid contact details to Nectar. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by email.
10. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of prize acceptance.
11. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
12. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose.     1. Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.

    3. For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
14. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
15. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity.
