1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only ({England, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Wales}) aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar Card, with the exception of employees of the Promoter or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.

Purchase any of the following products: Ribena Blackcurrant 500ml, Ribena Blackcurrant Light 500ml, Ribena Sparkling 500ml, Ribena Squash Blackcurrant 1.5L, Ribena Squash Blackcurrant Really Light 1.5l, Ribena Blackcurrant 850ml, Ribena Squash Blackcurrant 850ml, Ribena Sparkling 2l, Ribena Sparkling Zero 2L or Ribena Sparkling 6x330ml and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw: WIN A CASTLE STAY. The promotion opens on 26/04/2023 and closes at 23:59 on 16/05/2023 for receipt of all entries. All online orders must be delivered by 23:59 on {16/05/2023 } to qualify.
3. Entries are restricted to one per person for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties, wholesalers or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
4. There is one prize of a two night stay at Barcaldine Castle, Scotland for you and 10 guests.

• •             A security deposit may be required upon arrival or at the time of the booking being confirmed by the prize fulfilment agency. This must be paid by the winning party
• •             Stag and hen parties will not be accepted at this property.
• •             There is a maximum capacity of 12 (either six double rooms or five double rooms and a twin room).
• •             The stay is valid until 15th July 2024 but cannot be taken between the 1st November 2023 – 31st March 2024. Bank holiday dates are excluded.
• •             Daily breakfast will be provided on both mornings of the stay. A chef will provide a banquet style meal on one evening, unless circumstances change.
• •             The winner will be given £1000 contribution towards travel. This will be paid to the winner in the form of a BACs payment, which will require a UK bank account. All other costs must be covered by the winner and their party.
• •             All dates are subject to availability.  Travel will be subject to accommodation availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the prize fulfilment agency at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip
• •             Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.

5. The winners will be drawn at random during week commencing 5/6/2023 under independent supervision.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.
8. Winners will be notified by telephone therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied valid telephone number to Nectar. Winners will be contacted within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by telephone.
9. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of prize acceptance.

NOTE: THE WINNER(S) MUST NOT INCUR ANY COST TO CLAIM THE PRIZE. IF THE PRIZE IS NOT BEING DELIVERED PLEASE SPECIFY HOW THE WINNER WILL RECEIVE THEIR PRIZE. NOTE THAT EMAIL WILL COUNT AS DELIVERY SO NO AMENDMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO THE ABOVE WORDING.

10. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
11. 12. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
    1. Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
    3. For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
13. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
14. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity.
