Purchase any of the following products: : Barilla Pasta Spaghetti 500g, Barilla Pasta Fusilli 500g, Barilla Pasta Linguine 500g, Barilla Pasta Lasagne Sheets 500g and use your Nectar Card in the same transaction for automatic entry into the draw: for  a chance to win Secret Escapes voucher. The promotion opens on 00:01 22/11/2023 and closes at 23:59 on 12/12/2023 for receipt of all entries. All online orders must be delivered by 23:59 on 12/12/2023 to qualify.  
3. Entries are restricted to one per person for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
4. There is 1 x Secret Escapes prize and 10 Barilla runner up hampers to win.

There will be 1 x main prize and 10 x runner-up prizes: 

• The main prize (x1) is 1 Secret Escapes credit of £2,000 in the form of a voucher to be used on a selected package holiday for two (winner and one guest), valid until 31st December 2024, cannot be used on multiple bookings.  This is the equivalent value of a 4 or 5* hotel package holiday (for 2 people), for 1 week however bookings can be made for any party size, hotel star rating or length of stay, on one selected package holiday. 4.2 Total value of main prize, 1 Secret Escapes voucher to be used on selected Italian package holidays in Italy is £2,000 and 10 Barilla hamper boxes, total value £2,200. 11 prize available in total.  

5. The winners will be drawn at random during week commencing The winners will be drawn at random during week commencing 25/12/2023 under independent supervision from all eligible entries received.
6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize.
8. Winners will be notified by telephone via a phone call therefore entrants will have needed to have supplied valid telephone number to Nectar. Winners will be contacted within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond when contacted on three separate occasions and within 14 days of initial notification, reject their prize or are ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen using the same methodology as above and notified by telephone. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is able to claim the main prize. The process will repeat twice for runner-up prizes after which any remaining runner-up prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email connections during this time in case they are a winner. 9. The headline prize will be delivered to the winner via email within 28 days of valid prize acceptance and the completion of the verification process. Home address delivery details will be passed to a third-party courier (Parcel Force, Royal Mail or DPD) to deliver the runner-up hamper prizes by second class delivery. This will be arranged 7 days after valid claim and the completion of the verification process and will be delivered in 28 days from that date. The data supplied to the courier will be held with them until delivery is completed then will be immediately deleted. 
9. The prize will be delivered to the winner within 28 days of prize acceptance.
10. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
11.     1. Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
    3. For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
13. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value. 
14. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity.
15. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
16. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by calling the Call Centre on 0344 811 0811, quoting your Nectar card number and the code: BarillaNovember2023 within 3 months of the prize draw close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
