To win 2,000,000 points simply comment on the specified social media post on our Facebook. Five winners will be selected at random from all valid entries* and their comment will be responded to from the official Nectar social media account asking for the winner to direct message the official Nectar account. You will be asked to share your account details via this direct message. Points will be added to your account within 28 days.

Open to UK residents. 18+ only. Offer runs 01/12/2021 – 06/12/2021. One entry per person. There are 5 prizes of 2,000,000 points total. To enter comment on the Facebook post telling us what you’d spend the point on if you were to win before 23:59 06/12/2021. No purchase necessary. Promoter: Nectar360

*Over the course of 48 hours following the end date Nectar will collate the Facebook name or handle as well as their prize draw entry into a password secured Excel Spreadsheet. 48 hours after the prize draw has ended  we will use a random number selector tool (use of which will be filmed on a mobile phone) to help us select five winners from Facebook. The official Nectar Facebook account will reach out to the winners by replying to their comment and letting them know they have been successful. We’ll request that they get in touch via direct message with their account number so we can activate their win. All the above will be handled by Iris Worldwide (with oversight from Nectar). When the winners reach out via direct message, the communication is then picked up and handled by the team at Nectar.

  1. This prize draw is open to UK residents only {England, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Wales} aged 18 and over, who hold a Nectar account, with the exception of employees of Nectar360 or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary. To enter comment on the Facebook post by 23:59 on 6th December 2021, with a comment on what you’d spend the Nectar points on if you were to win them. 
  3. Entries are restricted to one per person. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries.
  4. There are 5 prizes of 2,000,000 Nectar points to win. 
  5. The winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries 48 hours after the post’s prize draw closes.   6. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Winners will be notified by a reply from the official Nectar social media account to the winning comment on the social media post with instructions on how to claim the prize. Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of the posts closing date. Winners should respond to this comment with a Direct Message to the official Nectar Facebook account,  including their Nectar account details, in order for us to add the points to their account. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of the comment confirming they have won, the prize will be forfeited and a back-up winner will be chosen and notified by a comment on the social media post. 
  8. The points will be allocated to the winners within 28 days of following the confirmation of their account details via a direct message. 
  9. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for: 
    1. Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
    3. For claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  11. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose.  Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with this privacy policy, available at www.iris-worldwide.com/privacy-policy
  12. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
  13. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity. 
  14. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
  15. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by calling the Call Centre on 0344 811 0811, quoting your Nectar card number and the code: Nectar:Dec21Social, within 3 months of the prize draw close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
  16. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with Facebook in anyway.

  18. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
