Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to those Nectar cardholders who receive an invitation from Nectar to take part in this survey. You must be 18+ and live in the UK and answer the questions in the survey by the stated date in the invite to enter.
  2. There is one prize draw of £200 worth of high street vouchers as set out in paragraph 3 below and one prize draw of £50 worth of high street vouchers as set out in paragraph 4 below each to use in selected high street stores subject to terms of use detailed here (“Vouchers”).
  3. Those who complete the survey and are not ‘screened out’ as described in 4 below will be automatically put into the prize draw to win one Voucher of £200.
  4. In some cases, we may be looking to hear the views of only a specific group of members — for example, based on the products or brands they've bought recently, or if we've already heard from a lot of the same group of customers. If so, and you don't meet our criteria on this occasion, you may be 'screened out' and unable to complete the full survey but you will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win one Voucher of £50.
  5. The prize draw is only open to those Nectar cardholders who receive an invitation to take part in this survey and cannot be transferred. Only one entry is permitted per Nectar cardholder.
  6. The prize draws will take place within 28 days of the survey end date and the Vouchers will be issued automatically within 28 days of the survey end date.
  7. The prize winners will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries. The results of the prize draws are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.
  8. The name and county of the prize winners can be obtained by writing to the Promoter at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
  9. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion and/or by any agent appointed to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any other third party for any other purpose. Entrants’ personal data will be handled in accordance with Promoter’s this privacy policy, available at their website.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  11. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
  12. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity by contacting the Promoter at the address given below.
  13. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
  15. By entering the prize draw, Nectar cardholders agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
